- Remove any eye makeup the night before or morning of — We’ll clean your lashes, but arriving with clean eyes saves time
The Day Of
- Come with a clean, makeup-free face — No mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow
- Skip caffeine if possible — This helps you stay relaxed and still during the application
- Wear comfortable clothing — You’ll be lying down for 1.5-2 hours
- Leave contact lenses at home if you can — Your eyes will be closed the entire time, so glasses are easier

What Happens During Your Appointment
Step 1: Consultation (5-10 minutes)
Your appointment begins with a brief consultation where we’ll discuss:
- Your lifestyle — Do you work in a professional environment? Do you work out often? This helps us recommend the right style and length
- Your desired look — Natural and subtle? Full and fluffy? Somewhere in between?
- Your natural lashes — We’ll assess their length, thickness, and health to determine the best approach

Step 2: Preparation (5 minutes)
Once we’ve designed your look, you’ll lie back on a comfortable lash bed. We’ll:
- Apply under-eye pads to protect your lower lashes
- Secure your lower lashes with gentle tape
- Clean your natural lashes to remove any oils or residue
Your eyes will be closed for the rest of the appointment — time to relax!
Step 3: Application (60-90 minutes)
Here’s where the magic happens. Using precision tweezers and medical-grade adhesive, your lash artist will:
- Isolate one natural lash at a time
- Apply an extension to each isolated lash
- Work across both eyes, switching back and forth for balanced results
What does it feel like? Most clients describe the sensation as gentle and relaxing. You might feel a light brushing or touching sensation, but it should never hurt. Many clients fall asleep!
What will you see? Nothing — your eyes are closed. But you might hear soft music and the gentle sounds of your lash artist working.
Step 4: Final Check (5 minutes)
Once all the extensions are applied, your artist will:
- Fan or air-dry the lashes to cure the adhesive
- Remove the under-eye pads and tape
- Have you slowly open your eyes
- Show you your stunning results in a mirror

Aftercare: The First 24-48 Hours
The adhesive needs time to fully cure, so the first couple of days are important:

- Sleep on your back if possible
- Be gentle — no rubbing or touching your lashes
- Use the lash wand we give you to gently brush them each morning
